Our rigorous, externally accredited, quality checks ensure that any welfare unit, portable cabin, toilet or storage container you hire from us is fully functioning and ready for use as soon as we deliver. However, breakdowns and problems happen from time to time.  It’s how we deal with it that sets us above our competitors.

Fully Trained Staff

Rawley Hirespace service engineers are fully trained and ECA qualified. This means that we can respond to your breakdown rapidly and get your site accommodation, welfare unit or toilet working again.

We understand that breakdowns and problems on site can cause you delays and frustration.  That’s why we ensure that we respond to your breakdown the minute you let us know about it. Our aim is to get your site fully functioning by rectifying the problem as soon as possible.

You can expect that we will make delivery of any equipment you require on the agreed delivery day and that it will be fit for the purpose you requested. We operate our own fleet of vehicles, drivers and service operatives all dedicated to providing you with quality products and services. Our deliveries, collections and servicing schedules are meticulously planned and co-ordinated by our friendly Hire Desk team.
We can provide you with an am or pm delivery window for any of our products. Please call us on 01268 722304 after 4pm the day before your expected delivery and speak to one of our Hire Desk Team. On the day of your delivery our vehicle tracking systems can tell us exactly where your delivery driver is.

Extremely occasionally we may suffer the same unforeseen circumstances as you such as inclement weather, major road problems or vehicle breakdowns (we are only human!). These circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control.

However, you can trust that wherever we have complete control over delivery arrangements your welfare units, site offices, drying rooms, canteens, storage containers or toilet hire and services will be delivered as part of our Delivery Guarantee.

Got A Breakdown?

If you do experience a breakdown please call our Hire Office on 01268 722304 and let us know the unit number, where the unit is and your name and company name and contact number.  Where we can we may contact you to diagnose and rectify the problem over the phone. If this does not solve the problem we will arrange for a service engineer to attend your site as soon as possible. To get an update on your breakdown response call 01268 722304 during working hours.
