With only a few weeks to go until the Christmas holidays we wanted to ensure that you are aware of the dates we will be closed and our off-hire policy leading up to the holidays.
We will be closing for the Christmas and New Year holidays at the end of business on Friday 20th December 2019 and re-opening at 07.30am on Thursday 2nd January 2020.
Should you require any servicing of toilets or welfare units during the shutdown period, please contact our Hire Office on 01268 722304.
Hire charges will continue as usual in respect of all equipment remaining on site over this period, as provided for in the Modular & Portable Buildings Association Terms & Conditions of Hire (MPBA).
At this very busy time of year we will require 14-days’ notice, as per our terms of hire, should you require the collection of equipment from your site prior to the holiday. A failure to give us the required notice could result in equipment being left on site and not collected until the New Year.
You are respectfully reminded that it is your responsibility, under the terms of the contract, for the safekeeping and maintenance of insurance cover for all plant and equipment left on site.
