To help you understand a little more about our event toilet hire delivery and collection process we have put together some helpful information.
Taking a minute or two to read through this information will ensure that your experience of using Rawley Plant to to provide event toilets for your event
is remembered for the right reasons.

Delivery and Collection
Access will usually be discussed with you when you call or email your enquiry to us. If it is not please ask us.
To ensure that delivery and collection of our event toilets goes as smoothly as possible you need to be aware of our
access requirements. All of our event toilets are large bulky items and can be very heavy and awkward to deliver.

Wet Weather Deliveries
As you can imagine our great British summer wet weather plays havoc with our deliveries and collections if the units are sited on grass. We suggest that you consider an alternative location on solid level hardstanding in case of wet weather conditions.
Our terms
and conditions, specifically Section 6, clarify your responsibilities regarding access to the site.
Once the units are in position they must
not be moved, as this could cause problems
on collection.
Winter Hires
All our toilets contain water and are therefore at risk of freezing. Please note that we will only supply toilets to winter events which are undercover i.e. built inside a marquee. Rawley Plant Ltd take no responsibility for unit malfunctions due to freezing.
Power Requirements
All of our deluxe
toilets, mobile
toilets and luxury
mobile toilets require a power
supply to power the hot water supply, lighting
and pumps*. We supply a cable of
15 metres and we require a power connection
from you. This can be a normal household
13 amp supply or a generator supply with
16 amps sockets.

Toilet Paper Supplies etc........
All of our single
toilets and disabled/disabled
baby change toilets are supplied with
onve pack of two rolls of toilet paper on delivery.
All of our deluxe toilets, mobile
toilets and luxury
mobile toilets are supplied
with full dispensers of toilet paper, soap and paper hand
towels as well as a waste paper bin.
Collection
We will remove the toilets and contents
from your site and return them to our premises.
We are licensed to carry and dispose of
the waste at a designated local discharge point or at our premises – to view our waste
carrier’s license click here.
Insurance
As with any event the risk is with the hirer beit cancellations due to weather conditions, theft or vandalism of hired in equipment. We do not provide insurance cover for the hire of our toilet units. We would suggest that you contact Event Insurance Services Ltd - www.events-insurance.co.uk and quote C100 - for advice on event insurance. Please note that this is an independent organisation and as such Rawley Plant Ltd take no responsibility for their services.
Our Booking Procedure
Either call us, email us or complete
the contact us form and we will send you
a booking form. Once you have completed and returned this to us with your 20% deposit payment we will send
a written confirmation that your booking
has been made. Please note that a firm booking will not be made until we have received your deposit and completed form.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card
or by cheque or cash. If you are coming
in to our offices to pay cash you will
also need to provide two items of identification
such as a passport or drivers licence and
a utility bill.
The final balance of the hire is to be
paid fourteen days prior to delivery.
Once
your event is complete you will receive
an invoice for your records.
Cancellation Policy
Your 20% booking deposit is non-refundable. Any hires cancelled more than 14 days prior to delivery will incur a 20% charge. This is your deposit. Any hires cancelled less than 14 days prior to delivery will incur a 100% charge.
